And on the phone, as I said, is Brian Hibbs of the Comics Experience in San Francisco.

How are you?

I'm very good. How are you guys?

Good. How's your Sunday with the whole switching back of time and all that?

It's fine, yeah. It's my day off anyway, so it's a good day off to have when the time changes. Is a store open or you're just not? The store's open, yeah. Yeah, is it? Okay, cool. You have trustworthy employees that you can leave there on Sunday. No, they're all scum. No, of course they've got trust for the employees.

So it's been a while since we talked to you, so welcome back.

And the last time we talked to Brian Hibbs, we sort of, not only when we were talking about numbers, but one of the major discussions we had was about, my God, the industry and the direct market and the crash and the distribution wars. And we just went through a whole mess.

So I thought this time around, let's get a little more specific.

And as the title sort of suggested, State of the Industry, like a State of the union address from your point of view,

our point of view, I don't know, from the point of view of you as a retailer, a fan, a comics

commentator.

But we could take a look at some publishers and some other sort of recent news kind of things,

if that's okay with you.
