That's a mixture between persistence and consistency.

Or, yeah, that is, that, that would be accurate.

It's consistent persistence.

Persistence and discipline and determination and you know going against the opposition

and doing things that you believe in even though everyone else doesn't.

And this is coming off of a recent podcast and book completion that I finished, you know, here actually this week that had me kind of thinking deeper into what my

greater purposes or greater goals are in terms of my professional career as a home builder.
