which features recycled EPS foam, hemp cloth, and bioreson.

Jeff's son Nick is his in-house laminator.

The first thing we do with our EPS cores is we bog them.

And this entails we mix up a batch of epoxy.

We add some thickener, and we basically squeegee this onto the raw blank.

This seals any little pinholes in the blank that will give us problems in the lamination as far as off gassing.

This is also the stage where we add our fin boxes, make sure those are all flush and true.

We also add our unidirectional tape onto the bottom.

When that goes off, then we start with our sandwich construction.
