Okay, this is like a true daily grind right now because this is usually what I talk about.

We're going to talk about work goals.

We're going to talk about your side hustle.

We're going to talk about the big dreams and aspirations that you have for yourself. And maybe at the beginning of this, you didn't think that you about your side hustle. We're going to talk about the big dreams and aspirations

that you have for yourself. And maybe at the beginning of this, you didn't think that you wanted

a side hustle, but maybe now you're thinking about it. Maybe you just have big goals. And usually

those come down to three things. Your big goals for your side hustle and for your goals for

yourself and for your life usually include people, money, and some form of time.

So when you think about the people that you need, for a lot of businesses, at least the business

I'm in, it has to do with a team of people. It has to do with either employees. So years and

years ago when we first started, I did not have any assistance. I was working in

business by myself. Andre is still working full time now. Seven years later, Andre works full time with me,

and we have a full time assistant. The other thing is our team. So we have a team of thousands of people

on Team Uproar. That was not the case seven years ago. I started with little old Angie.

And having a team, not only of go-getters, but having a team that is also successful is what

creates a successful organization. They are self-motivated, they are self-driven, and they are

achieving things themselves. It's not just the Angie show that Angie's doing everything and everybody else is working and not doing anything for it, which is such an interesting
