So man, in the last couple of days we've had some interesting conversations on the national

level about healthcare, right? You got the self declared or media declared leader for the democratic

nomination Kamala Harris saying we need to eliminate private health insurance companies. You

got Howard Schultz from receipt of Starbucks saying that's a terrible idea. I'm joined by old Michael

Bloomberg. Yeah. Well, this is most likely the biggest political slash economic story of the next

decade. And for the longest time, we've appealed to Craig Gottwald's previously known as Craig

the Obamacare lawyer, the artist previously known as we're thinking we need a new moniker for you,

Craig, because it's not about Obamacare. Craig the healthcare guru attorney. Okay. Guru, I'll take

that. What do you think, Jack? Craig the healthcare guru. Guru is pretty good. I normally think of

guru's wearing roads. Don't be stuck in your conventional. I will adjust my entire recording.

Some sort of turban. Some sort of turban. All right. So listen, as an introduction, here is here are

some poll numbers from the Kaiser health folks about the popularity of the idea of universal

healthcare Medicare for all that sort of thing. And while it is interesting in what it indicates

about our opinion on that topic, it also is an absolutely beautiful 360 degree spherical

description of the American voter. Listen to this, please. A Kaiser family foundation poll put support

for Medicare for all at 56%. But when asked if that means it would lead to delays in getting medical

tests and treatment, 70% opposed it. And if it threatens the current Medicare program, 60%

opposed that. And if it requires most Americans to pay more in taxes, 60% opposed. Here is

expert say provide Medicare for all taxes would have to go up to pay for it while quality, choice,

and access to care would go down. All right. Here is what I mean. The American voters are squarely

in favor of this policy until they know the first thing about it. Yeah. We don't need the

healthcare guru. We need Thomas Jefferson and John Adams in here to explain whether or not democracy
