| 2:23.0 | In which case, the election for president goes to the House of Representatives, not for a majority vote, but for a vote by state. |
| 2:31.0 | So each state delegation would vote on their own independent of the way the popular vote in the state went for either Joe Biden or Donald Trump actually they can vote for anybody. |
| 2:42.0 | And whoever had a majority of 26 states would then become the next president of the United States until January 20, 2025. |
