that's a lot of bells but with that

welcome into our season ending edition of road tripping with RJ and

training I'm your host and before we get into all the action as I mentioned

season ending which is not the way you the fans anyone in the organization

and especially the players wanted things to go we'll get to that I'm sure of

the next half hour 45 minutes or so but I do want to say this I want to answer

questions that I've come across a lot of the last couple days we will be

recording podcast over the summer we're gonna take a couple weeks off go

dark for a little bit as you guys get reacquainted with the off season your

family downtime but we are going to record so for those of you who have not

mode so no you know what yeah it's crazy physically mentally
