We are at the Higher Elements booth by Hastings,

Set up at JLC 2018.

We just got educated on what this booth is.

Which is pretty cool and to my surprise it's been around for 11 and 12 years.

Right. I think to all of our surprise.

To all of our surprise. So they are recruiting brand for Hastings that helps placement for

jobs at Hastings in different different

different parts of that industry and working with architectural and

construction management students and I kind of described it as the gray area rather than being a PM or an architect

there is a ton of different positions between that that need filling.

Correct. Yeah even if you're trying to get like, you know, a stepping stone to that, the job that you want, get your foot in the door, you know, get set up with a lot of architects, quality builders, contractors, and then move ahead from there. I love it and it's in-house

so it's not like it's a third party. That's when you've officially made it.

You have your own internal recruiting? Yes. I mean I guess I do.

Yeah. I mean, it's just me.

So this is their first time at JLC, and they picked a prime location right off the escalator here high traffic so

everyone walking by can stop see the ball pit okay all right wonder why there's two mustaches at the table.
