That's a good introduction. It's not the first thing in the morning for me or anything.

Matt, you're wet. It's not, yes I am wet. I'd prefer not to talk about that, but both

me and Quentin got very, very wet today. Quentin, you watched him steal a quiche.

Just, still, wait, this is slander. We baked, we made a quiche.

Look, we ate in a quiche, alright? And when I was younger, I had some friends of mine

that used to take the mecha up me once because I had a day in which I felt terrible and sleepy

and I kept saying, I've had too much quiche, I've overdosed on quiche.

Yeah, there's no way that school kids will turn that into a quiche.

And everyone thought that the idea of overdosing on quiche was some sort of joke, but I know

now as an adult that it's a serious thing. It really is.

It really is. I mean, if you're an American who's like not really into quiche, maybe it's

more of a continental thing, then it's basically the equivalent of, I think it's like the

pastry couldn't have a burrito in the fact that if you're not careful, you can really

quite quickly incapacitate yourself in a serious and dangerous way.

I've got a couple of questions for Paul. The first of which being, how has your diet

changed since you moved to Canada? Oh, oh God, that's really...

Okay, that's a good question. I'm on the spot. No, I'm going to answer it. I eat out

a lot more. I have less cheese because cheese is more expensive here, which is strange.

Really? Yeah. And kind of the famously having not unlocked cheese on the

tech tree of life. But my second question was going to be how's your board gaming diet
