What's a parade?

Well, you know, a parade on the streets.

You might see some decorations, maybe a football star, nice cars, something like that. A parade. Everybody loves a parade. But if you are enjoying a parade and it rains, is that good? No, it's terrible. If you're having a parade and it rains and it rains, oh, that's just terrible.
