Stan Creech, who's a big real estate guy in Houston told me, I mean, if you're going to do a real apartment complex, that's the best one to do right there. Not the, the palms. That's got to be. Beverly Palms. Can't be that nice because it's tricky. It was nice enough, but it was a little cheesy. And yeah, it was like if you saw one of those R-rated comedies in the 80s that everybody would be living at the Beverly Palms. The Palm Oasis is what you always joked about. |
