A great buddy of mine. We worked together at Procter & Gamble.

And we're going to do Crest as a brand this week, and Troy sold Crest. So we flew him in from Des Moines, Iowa. Troy lives up in Des Moines. He left the company before I did. Troy and I lived in the same apartment complex. We did, yes. After you left the Palms. I did. Yeah, I stayed at the Beverly Palms for a while. And then uh, then we moved over to, what was it the, the reserve at Piney Point, man, and that was maybe some of the nicest apartments I've ever been. Stan Creech, who's a big real estate guy in Houston told me, I mean, if you're going to do a real apartment complex, that's the best one to do right there. Not the, the palms. That's got to be. Beverly Palms. Can't be that nice because it's tricky. It was nice enough, but it was a little cheesy. And yeah, it was like if you saw one of those R-rated comedies in the 80s that everybody would be living at the Beverly Palms. The Palm Oasis is what you always joked about.
