What is the one on, everyone?

Welcome to the very first episode of the Draft Capital podcast.

That is right beyond the tape now called Draft Capital.

And also a new home.

You may be seeing this because of a collaboration on what is now the fantasy football

Intel podcast, which previously was just the 32 Beatwriter YouTube channel or podcast feed.

But now we have two separate homes.

Draft Capital will be the home of all my NFL draft content.

Of course, now turning the page on 26 somewhat.

Today we're giving out grades for the three rounds of three days worth of drafting. And then this will also be the channel, obviously, when we propel forward into the 2027 draft cycle. And then over on fantasy football intel, that's where you have Matt Z, myself included sometimes over there to get fantasy football insight and beat writer breakdown. So I have been pumped up. Once we decided to do this, I think it's for the betterment of both channels and kind of playing towards like the algorithm and having a specific audience in mind for each channel's audience. So really excited to get this change underway and really excited to have you here over at the Draft Capital. So today we're going to be going through all 32 teams, going team by team, and I will be dishing out grades from the lowest one I have is C all the way up to an A. And then at the very end of this video, I will give you my final ranking of all 32 teams. Now, I am going to lead things off with just letter grades because that to me is a little bit more emblematic because I don't want people to just say, oh, my team's 24. This guy clearly hates my team. 24, and this may be a pretty solid grade.

You'll have to wait and see. So we'll go through the grades, team by team, talk about some picks that I like. I don't want to go into too many specifics. We are going to have a guest on to talk about best value pick, best scheme fit. So we will talk a little bit more specifics about the overall specific players. but for today,

you're going to take a little bit of a more macro look at each class,

give out a grade,

and we'll save that for the next video here on the draft capital. And of course, the next video actually here on the draft capital channel is going to be my way to early 2027 mock draft. Look out for that either Friday or Saturday. Awesome. With all that said and done, let's go ahead and let's jump right into it,

starting with the Arizona Cardinals. So lead things off with the Cardinals. Obviously, it's Jeremiah

Love to kickstart this draft, Chase Basantis, and then just going through a couple of other

notable names for me here. Caleb Proctor is a really interesting pass rush upside play there on

day three. And Reggie Virgil, really athletic and the contested catch upside is really fun with him sometimes. But, you know, the plan and play out consistency, I think, is, it leaves a little bit desired. But there's definitely some interesting high-end flashes. He does bring some speed to the table, which I am very interested in adding that component to a wide receiver room that features Marvin Harrison Jr. And Michael Wilson. But obviously, Jeremy, I love you get one of the blue chipper. So that's awesome. But it's just look at this roster. And man, I don't know, we may be looking back at this in a year later, kind of like the Ashton G&T situation where was that offensive line ready to take a blue chip running back there at three? Was there another hole you could have addressed here?

I'm sure the Cardinals were trying to hit up every team of matchable to try to trade down. Ultimately, they stick and pick. I love them getting Chase Basantis, him plus Isaac Siam. Molle was a great one-two tandem there at guard. And then real quick, I just got to hit on it. Carson Beck. I mean, this is my quarterback 10. I'm just not a bet guy for him to be QB3 off the board.
