And there's a difference between setting a habit that you want and then creating a habit that will

stick. Sometimes you want to meditate first thing in the morning every day. You want to do something

very specific. But then during the application, it's not necessarily that the habit didn't work out,

that you weren't consistent. Maybe you were trying to force something that wasn't organic in your

life. It wasn't ideal for the flow. Maybe there were some other adjustments that you need to

tweak. In other words, you need to tweak.

So understand once you set a habit or you're trying to set a habit, there is some flexibility
