This is Dale Hummel, along with co-star, Ryan Rash.

Hello, hello, hello.

Ryan and I have some personal, I guess, emotions that I was going to share this morning.

I'd remiss if I did not share something that hit me hard last night.

It put my family in tears. I had one of our

show families contact me that they had lost their son in an accident. Great young person,

the world ahead of him, just heart-wrenching. To the parents listening, we all get caught up in life.

We forget how fortunate we are to have our children with us each day doing what we love. Take a moment, enjoy them, give them a big hug,

just remind them how much you love them. I've been trying to insert a little more balance in my life, more quality

of time with all my kids. And I'm still not doing enough to make this priority a reality.

And it should be. This is a reality check that forces you to take a deep breath and realize

what's truly important.

That one was a hard one, Ryan.

Anytime you hear one of those situations,

there's a show family in Texas that their daughter was in a tragic accident right now.

And she's fighting for her life.
