You just pulled off, you guys had a successful bow hunter happening again and I know you were at a board meeting for the Arizona Desert Bighorn Sheep Society last night and I know you were at the Arizona

Sportsman for Wildlife Conservation. You've just been going crazy with your real estate this summer and selling houses and got stuff going left and right and here we are headed off on an Alaskan you know mountain goat hunt plus you've got an elp tag in Arizona not to mention a few

deer tags with the boys so you've been busy I have been busy it's gonna be a good

it's been a good summer and it's going to be hopefully

a even better fall. So kids are back in school which which always helps out.

Daddy gets a little alone time.

Well, I don't know about that, but one less responsibility, you know, throughout the day.

For about six or eight hours during the day you're relieved?

Exactly.

DAR, you've been having a bang up real estate season this summer. what do you have going on?

What has been the range of houses that you've closed?

And, you know, have you fallen into you know a category where you've seen a certain

market type going crazy what are you seeing out there?

Yeah been a been a busy summer for me real estate wise.

Had quite a few houses both helping buyers and listing properties.
