1:02.0 | what you do at the Northern Saratoga War in Washington County's Habitat for Humanity? |
1:09.8 | Yeah, sure. I am the local Habitat's executive director, |
1:14.2 | and so we're a relatively small team, so I wear lots of hats. How many team members do you have? |
1:21.8 | We have total, we have nine total employees. That's bigger than many affiliates I've heard of. |
1:29.2 | Yeah, well, when I started, when I took on the role, I was the first employee. |
1:34.9 | And so we've basically doubled in size from production and quadrupled in size from revenue. |
1:42.3 | Well, that seems like a good place to be, brother. |
1:44.7 | Indeed. Yeah, it's been a fun. It's been a fun ride. |
1:48.1 | You told me ahead of the show that you've been there eight years. What did you do before that? |
1:52.7 | Yeah, so I've lived here locally for eight years. I've been at the Habitat for about five years. |
1:57.4 | And so I've done lots of things. I have sort of a crisscrossy diverse background. |
2:02.1 | I actually went to school for engineering and I was hoping to be an engineer and then went to the Career Development Center at the end of my sophomore year and said, what kind of jobs can I get? |
