Summary
Nature is medicine, and is a deep and wise teacher for each of us, no matter who and where we are, or what stage of our journey we are in. Through our perpetual transitions, metamorphoses, awakenings, and healing processes, nature is there as a steady guide and witness for us.
Our guest on the podcast today, the incredible Willow Defebaugh of Atmos, has dedicated their life to exploring and unpacking these themes, which we dive into in our beautiful conversation today. Together, Willow dives into how they came to this path in life, how nature has been a teacher and guide for her, how grief is the key to being the stewards and caretakers that the Earth is longing for us to be, and so, so much more.

| 1:21.5 | solstice? I love it because I think there are just so many points of training, points of preparation in this life, |
| 1:33.2 | and especially around the wheel of the year, around any kind of magical belief system |
| 1:38.1 | or practice or connection to nature and the divine, that helps us to befriend death, the inevitability of death and dying, |
| 1:50.1 | the inevitability of personal rebirth, of awakening, of changing oneself, of metamorphosis, |
| 1:58.0 | which is all all perfectly on point for today's conversation with our |
