0:18.5	It's a pleasure and excited to dive in on whatever it is we're going to be discussing today.
0:24.3	Yeah. So I had to catch myself for a second there because I like Pittsburgh and I almost said New York, because you and I live in New York. We were talking a little bit about remote work and other stuff like that. And I think that might be a,
0:37.7	it's kind of an interesting thing to talk about.
0:39.8	In a lot of IT jobs,
0:41.3	a lot of us are able to work fully remote,
0:43.7	largely,
0:44.3	and especially if your organization is,
0:46.5	you know, broadly based,
0:49.6	you know, geographically spread out or just entirely in the cloud.
0:53.5	You don't physically have to show up a lot of times.
0:55.5	But it can be challenging and getting back into the office sometimes is pretty, it's kind of nice.
1:01.0	So like we were talking about the drive and stuff like that.
1:03.1	So, so where your office is in Pittsburgh, I should say your home office is Pittsburgh, but you're coming from where about?
1:11.2	Yeah. So I'm in Buffalo, New York. That's where I'm currently stationed, and I work for
1:15.7	Highmark Health, as you noted. It's a large national blended health care organization.
