This week, I'm wrapping up my conversation with DJ Young of the Angelicator.

Here's part two of my conversation with the lovely DJ Young.

So you're hearing about this thing, the hype can't possibly be real. You're like, well,

it does live up to the hype, and then you put this thing out there to yourself, to the universe,

I'm going to be in the show. So what happens in between 2017 and 2019?

So I always wanted to audition for it, never got the chance, because with my contract at Disney,

I just, with the contract at Disney and doing regional stuff, I just never had the opportunity.

So I would always miss it in New York. I would never make it, and I was so upset with myself,

I'm never going to make it, and they ended up coming to Orlando on an audition stop,

which never happens, never, never happens, and I ended up swapping my show schedule that day

to be able to go, and I really didn't take it seriously. I mean, I took it seriously, but I

I went because I wanted to make this audition finally, I never get to go, but I knew for sure,

like they weren't casting anyone in Orlando, because it just never happens.

And I go in, and the casting director is there, and she has a Bluetooth speaker,
