You should never be stretching out a video beyond its means. You've got to keep the pace up throughout the video, otherwise they're going to drop off.

If you're not going to have a niche, you need to still have a clear idea of who your audience are.

The short form, it shouldn't be a piece of content where you're like, well, if they watch the long form after, then they'll get it. They need to get it in the short form. When it comes to the hook, I need to

write that down. I need to cut out the fluff and I need to get it to a really good point because
