Now today I want to be talking to you about certain habits that allow you to experience more

happiness and more self-love. You see, we do not

give ourselves the type of love that we really should be giving. In fact, we don't always treat

ourselves like we would treat our best friend. We usually berate ourselves. We experience negative emotions for too long, we beat ourselves up,

we have that internal battling self-talk. In fact, I remember one of my clients many years ago

had the most perfect life. They had the perfect relationship. So she was in a wonderful relationship

with the most loving guy and she could not have been happier in that relationship. She had a great job.

It was something that she was very passionate about and she enjoyed waking up every day

just going to work. She didn't even see it as work. She had the most wonderful family and everything

on the surface seemed pretty profound. It seemed like everything on the outside seemed pretty amazing.

Like, she had her life together. She went to university and succeeded. She was in a great

fulfilling job. She had the most wonderful partner. She had the great family ties. She was just
