cereal from my diet, something one of my favorite little treats for myself.

Since I was a child, flashes me back to just sitting at the kitchen counter, watching

Bud Friedman's evening at the improv on A&E jamming down a bowl of sugar and milk for breakfast.

But now, thankfully because of magic spoon, you can get zero grams of sugar, 13 or 14 grams

of protein, only four net grams of carbs in each serving.

This is very good cereal.

It's only 140 calories of serving, keto-friendly, gluten-free, green-free, soy-free, low-carb,

and GMO-free.

So it's delish.

It works.

It's so yummy.

One box, available flavors to build your very own custom bundle are cocoa, fruity, frosted,

peanut butter, blueberry, and cinnamon.

I've been messing with the cocoa and peanut butter and then I've also been messing a little

bit with the cocoa and the blueberry.

But now I think I want to mix the frosted and the fruity upon reading that out loud.

So that'll be my next combo.
