Oh dear.

Oh, sorry, just a bit of phlegm there, everybody.

I'm laughing. It's improving.

I have to give a health warning, not only, well, yeah, my health warning to start this.

I am, as of yesterday I was still testing positive. As of tomorrow, I am, according to the NHS, free to re-engage with the world.

But I have now moved from sort of physical symptoms.

I'm still feeling a little bit wobbly, but I've moved from physical symptoms to mental symptoms.

There is the most hideous brain fog that descends on you.

So yesterday, although I was doing meetings, I would stop halfway through a sentence and not

be able to complete it. Thank goodness, say our listeners. So that may well happen today. And this is

different to normal? Shut up. If I'm inarticulate and slightly weird today, there is a medical reason for it, is what I'm saying.

Well, now we know why you weren't on Good Morning Britain this morning, and I had a new dance partner.

You did? Yes. I even woke up. I mean, I go to bed early, so I wake up quite early, and I even watched the first part of you with her who seemed lovely.

She was lovely and she's the Elita Adu.

She's a political correspondent for The Daily Mirror and I'd seen her on the politics live

on Tuesday I think so I hadn't come across her before but she's very very nice and it was

her first time so I eased her into it gently, I think.

Sorry, that sounded creepy, didn't it?
