As I navigate intense emotions using my regular tapping practice, I've noticed a common pattern that many of us fall into during grief - attempting to smooth over difficult feelings with gratitude.
While gratitude is undeniably powerful and beneficial, I've observed how it can sometimes become a way to bypass emotions that need to be felt and processed. Tune in this week to learn how you might be unconsciously using gratitude as a shield against experiencing the full depth of your grief.

1:40.4 | ridiculous amount of potted plants. And so I've been trying to call the herd because I realized that the next owner might not want that many potted plants. |

1:49.4 | So getting rid of all of the extra dirt that is in those pots and moving those pots and figuring out to do with the pots and all the little things that take a lot of time to do, right? And then getting rid of furniture, the realtor's telling me which pieces of furniture, you know, I need to get rid of and light bulb shopping to brighten up dark spaces, |
