Hey there, welcome back. This is episode number 315 of Practically Happy, and I'm your host, Miranda

Anderson. Merry Christmas, happy Hanukkah, happy Kwanza. All of the

dates converge this year. I read an Instagram post that said it's only five times every

1:54.8

pull a handout. I'm also going to mention a tool that you can use today for this process of reflection on the year that we've just gone through and projection for the year ahead.

2:06.0

But first wanted to just start with some mentions of those older episodes.

2:09.8

These will all also be linked in the show notes.
