So I'll just dive into reading my question, which is for the last while I've been wondering

about the idea of boundaries versus discernment. I feel very sensitive and empathic person

and have I had to learn the hard way of how to know where my boundaries are. But as a result,

I feel the kind of hardening of my edges has come a fear of outside versus inside or a

kind of othering that then happens to the world around me. This as opposed to discernment

in terms of me knowing who and what I am able to allow myself to weather in certain situations

without being so affected or afraid of losing myself in them. And so where this has

manifested most pressively is in situations where I feel I might have to defend my version
