Hey everyone welcome. I'm Susan Hoffman. I'm here to welcome you today to

Attitude magazine's ADHD experts broadcast. We're so well I'm so happy to welcome Dr. Rachel Schwartz, who will be

offering a parent's guide to advocating objectively and effectively at school. This

is about when your child's classroom behavior leads to a

request for what's called a functional behavior assessment called an FBA and

then most likely a behavior intervention plan in the classroom. This can be a super difficult

process for parents to navigate and we're so lucky to have Dr Schwartz here today

to guide us and give us insights into that process and how to make it effective.
