1:08.0 | Like, okay, you want to take a break from drinking. You want to be successful. So let's just remove all the temptation. |
1:14.0 | Let's not come home every day and have all this temptation in the liquor cabinet or in the fridge. It's just going to make saying no that much harder. |

1:28.0 | So it makes sense on the surface. |
1:31.0 | That's what conventional wisdom really tells us. |
1:34.0 | Now don't play with fire, don't tempt yourself. If you want to succeed and you feel compulsive, not just around alcohol, but around anything, it could be sugar. |
1:46.0 | It could be your phone. Then the solution is just move it away from you and get as far away from you as possible. |
