You know identifying and using our gifts is important, but more important is

remembering our gifts are not about us.

As Paul writes in Ephesians chapter 4,

and Christ gave gifts to people.

He made some to be apostles,

some to be prophets, some to go and tell the good news, and some

to have the work of caring for and teaching God's people.

Christ gave those gifts to prepare God's holy people for the work of serving

to make the body of Christ stronger. I wonder if you could envision a young couple window shopping their way down a crowded boulevard.

Spring has painted the April sky a Robin Egg Blue.

People are Easter shopping, walking beneath the planters in which the daisy stand like choruses, it's a gorgeous South Florida Saturday afternoon.

Most of the people are looking for their Easter outfits, maybe a new hat or a new tie, but there's this

young couple weaving their way amidst them all, pausing at jewelry store windows. at Jewelry Store Windows.

That young one that you see, that pretty one, that one that looks 23, 24 years old.

Her name is Deannelin.
