Logic and common sense prevails.

Of course, the damage has been done.

There's no way in fucking hell.

He should have been prosecuted. So hopefully,

once Trump gets into office, all these prosecutors and a lot of these agencies and divisions will get

gutted because the fact that he was prosecuted to begin with is just absolutely criminal. He's a

hero. You save the people on the train and we need to make mental

institutions great again. We need to bring back places where people that can't participate in normal

society, aka someone who gets arrested 42 times in two years and is mentally nuts and threatening

people, these people are not able to participate in society and

they need to be removed and taken care of, not thrown into the ocean or put on a desert island,

but just if you can't play by the rules of our society, then you can't be a part of society.

You can't punish people that are law-abiding citizens that are just trying to do well for themselves and their families.

You can't be just threatening people and causing havoc. And when the law enforcement doesn't do anything,

when the justice system doesn't do anything, in fact, prosecuting the person that saved people that actually intervened
