I was, background on me is I was born and raised on Long Island, New York.

My father was a gambler. So he was like the

original kind of bad boy. And, you know, I grew up at the racetrack. He played poker. I really

learned at a young age to expect the unexpected, to think on my feet, to, you know, know that you can't just dip your

toe in the water sometimes. You have to go all in and take care of yourself. And I ended up,

I was in college at 16 years old. I moved out, you know, before I was 18. And I've had some really incredible jobs.

I worked for the Department of Defense.

I had a top secret security clearance at one point, working in classified documents.

And then I worked for an aviation company where I became a very young employee relations

coordinator, which I loved because I was making dreams come true for people on the shop floor.

We would communicate to upper management.

And then the universe threw me this crazy curve ball.

And I met someone who was writing songs and getting them on the radio and just randomly.
