But my guest today, Joe Del Grasso, we are going to talk about his journey of buying properties, the pivots he made, the life events that have happened. And I can't wait to get into the details. But first, let me welcome you, Joe. Welcome back to the show. You were on episode number 139 back in 2020. Appreciate you coming back. Yeah, thanks, Chad. It's good to be back. I've been following your journey and it's exciting to see. So it's good to just catch up again. Yeah, can't wait. And so I'm going to put a link to episode number 139. And we talked about basically the frame of that episode was the journey to buying seven condos. And you were focusing Malian condos in Knoxville, Tennessee over a five-year period. So it's a great story of getting started, pivoting. I want to take a step back, though, because some people might not have heard that, heard of your story or listen to that. If you don't mind to share some highlights of, you know, where you're from, your family, and then also your professional background. And then |
