So what I want to share with you are two quotes that I heard over this past week

that I thought were worth sharing but not only that, worth living by. So the first one goes like this and I really think that, you know, quotes are nice, right?

And we sometimes feel inspired by them, but I think these ones are worth sharing.

Because as we begin to implement them in our life, our lives become infinitely better and I will share

Mastery comes from the continual act of doing, not thinking.

So I, for one, am absolutely in favor of positive mindset,

visualizing, meditating, doing breath work, going for a walk, being in nature, all of those things I am absolutely all for.

They reduce cortisol levels, it can start to build up some excitement, it can give you hope, it can inspire you, it can inspire you, it can motivate you. No doubt about any one of those. So that's a first step, right?
