Summary

It's Romance Movie Month and we're kicking it off with the film adaptation of the bestselling novel, The Time Traveler's Wife! We talk about how this plot has NOT aged well, how this romantic movie is lacking in... romance, and how Rachel McAdams and Eric Bana try as hard as they can to make up for how GRIM EVERYTHING IS.

Oh I disagree.

1:33.4

Really? Yes. I think the book is the best adaptation of this story for various reasons, but I think certainly the movie is better than the TV show.

1:46.4

Sure.

1:47.4

I think the TV show, which I have also seen bits of and I've watched the movie for this and I read the book many times.

1:56.4

2:05.4

So he's really double dipping on his own interest.

2:09.4

2:17.4

I think the movie doesn't fare much better, but at least what it what it hones in on is the melancholy and eggs of Henry's character.
