1:54.0 | Now, I have had to do a lot of work in my own life to continually point out to myself, oh, hey, there's that problematic mindset about the process of change. |

2:09.0 | And that's what I want to help you do. Because when you have this crappy mindset about change and what change is supposed to be like, what's going to happen is you're going to give up too soon. |
