Yeah that was exciting. I feel like the first hour we could have just sat there and listened to him speak.

Super knowledgeable, has a ton of insight, really devotes a lot of time to the industry

and it's really cool to see him getting acknowledged for that and the business that he's in and a partial owner of which is a neat setup that they have so listen to that as well.

Yeah, it's really cool to see where things have gone for him. So if you don't follow

him, definitely do. Huge building science guy and always just putting out really valuable, knowledgeable, accurate content out there.

I'm gonna add practical, like very practical advice,

you know, and stuff that isn't doesn't have to be overly

complicated. But yeah, like Tyler said that the employee of ownership, you know,

walks through it beautifully and you know, what a great what a great thing that that company has put into place to

to really build a culture of giving a shit as the way I'm gonna put it.
