I'm looking at someone personal. I'm looking at with a connection. I can't

roll out an in-cell connection to this.

I believe this this is an indicator of somebody who is inexperienced both

criminally and forensically. They do not have any evidence that it was a

targeted attack that that was a miscommunication.
