off first with the big story of the afternoon Biden was supposed to speak at 12 p.m yeah eastern okay

it got delayed it got delayed it got delayed we get around to 2 30 he's two and a half hours late

and then the white house says we're going to do it at 4.30. At 4.5 hours later than originally scheduled.

So there's two things here.

One, we were trying to hold the episode to get whatever he was going to say, but we couldn't.

We couldn't.

And two, if you're trying to restore confidence.

Oh, yeah.

Missing your scheduled mark this many times?

And now we find out the reason why he apparently is delaying.
