| 2:14.0 | process works because if you're on the fence about volunteering not only for private investigations |
| 2:19.0 | for the missing but for any organization that is trying to do some good and help families |
| 2:23.2 | out. This might be the catalyst that puts you over hearing them talk about their process |
| 2:27.2 | and hearing them talk about the range of emotions that they go through when they're looking |
