Hello Alice, yes, I feel so much better than the last time we were here talking about the

Moscow case.

Well, I'm so glad because that was just a few days ago.

I had my doubts that you were going to feel better.

Real quick, we are doing this show live like we did the last Moscow Arrest Update,

and I want to thank Bubbles in the chat for giving me the

recuperated descriptor for Brett because it's so apt he is even he's not

drinking gatorate anymore guys he's back drinking something a little harder. A little harder.

Recuperated also because, oh my goodness, we had a lot to read today when Mr Brian Coburg arrived in Idaho

had his initial appearance and as promised the courts unsealed the probable cause affidavit which

we'll talk more about this but pretty much a trial brief it is not a probable cause

affidavit it is basically a reasonable doubt trial brief, ready to go trial.

And we'll talk about why that is.

But if you haven't read it yet, it's only 19 pages.

It's very, very fulsome. It's very detailed. It's well written. I will say that because I think we've kind of slammed some other probable cause affidavits for not being well written. I say all that to say. Everything we're talking about tonight,

never take our word for it. Go and read the main source because we will interpret it for you guys, but you
