putting all these, you know, good words into my brain. I think that that is so absolutely critical

as to constantly be putting good stuff into our brain so that we can stay proactive

so that we can keep the momentum that we have so that we can continue to be as big

provide as much service and value to our community as possible. So there are no unrealistic dreams,

just unrealistic timelines. And I think that this is absolutely important because, listen, if you think

that you can just get into this business and in the first day or week or month or whatever and

start pop it off deals, that is not, that's not usual. It usually does not happen that way.
