Henry. Hello, Henry. How are you doing tonight? I'm doing great. How are you, Dave? Good. Good. How's your week been?

Week's been good. Been busy. I spent the weekend at a conference learning about some new investment

opportunities and then been busy this week working with clients, mostly on business planning.

That's something that people who are starting a business always need help with.

And in particular, which we'll segue into what we want to talk about tonight, is planning for

hiring and how you're going to go about doing that. It's a big topic. You and I have been chatting

about it recently, in fact, as it affects us. Yeah, absolutely. This is going to be part podcast,

part therapy session, I think,

for me, because this is my biggest issue with my businesses is hiring. It's a huge challenge

for small business, and we're going to give you some ideas and tips maybe to make it a little easier.

It's definitely a big issue for all small business owners. We, you just alluded to both you and I have been

challenged by this and I think I was trying to summarize kind of one of some of the

reasons why obviously when we're hiring positions different positions and

we're going to mostly talk about today everything from an hourly worker on up to

maybe a general manager or a project manager.

So anything in that range from hourly to salary.
