I was hesitant about sharing my experiences with you and I always am with anyone.

Because I've always had a belief that when you talk about a more sinister spirit or a

negative experience, these things can manifest easier.

It may be just a theory or a superstition I have that no one else shares with me, but

it's just something I've always told deep in my mind.

Focusing on or discussing said energy or spirit can make it easier for it to manifest.

But because I'm such a fan of the podcast, I really want to tell you guys my story and

why I know without a shadow of a doubt that the paranormal is real and ghosts and spirits

100% exist.

My experiences started when I was around 4 years old.

I don't remember anything happening before this age and neither do my parents.

It's a weird one really.
