Now it was Match Week 16 and at the end of this

match week we are going to see a new leader at the top of the Premier League and

that's Liverpool. We're going to get to all those major stories of course in this

podcast but it was a match week on the Saturday

that coincided with another our second fan fest of this season it was held at

PS 17 South Street in New York City and Roby Earl it's such a it's such a long day and a busy day but I tell you

what it's got to be one of my most favorite things that we do for NBC covering

the Premier League to get together in this big old venue, a beautiful

spot overlooking the skyline of Manhattan.

And what a good day it was, it was a lot of great football by the way, a lot of great goals,

but just a lot of people there representing

different clubs and providing a fantastic atmosphere. I think it's fun and

one of the things for me that this great about the work we do and the opportunities we have is when we go to

England when you go to games when you're at the stadiums this is almost the

the next best thing mob to be in the fan fest with fans interacting getting emotional understanding the game

biting your nails and getting great goals and sharing those moments and the thing that's

out to me yesterday and I know this was our biggest

and most ambitious Fanfest done so far of the three we've done was just the range of

football clubs who were there you expect the big the big five the big six because you know they're well supported

everywhere but I've never seen so many Brighton funds outside of Brighton I've
