what I was doing was just so easy, you know, and so to just change and all of a sudden buy

a hundred unit apartment complex, well, boy, I mean, who am I to be able to buy a hundred

unit complex? That's just like there was that fear there, but boy, I mean, after I did it,

I'm going, what was I doing? What did I, what was I waiting for?

Like, now, now that's all I do is I buy 100 plus unit apartment complexes.

And Todd is someone I don't know. I've never interacted with him before this chat. He's just

someone that I was introduced to as having a very high net worth and I wanted to find out how he

built it. So I've been experimenting with a new format here on the show where I speak with your

millionaires next door, where I speak with your individuals who made a lot of money doing it in a variety of different ways.

And Todd was a teacher, a shop teacher, and had making like $30,000 a year.

And now he has an eight-figure net worth.

And it wasn't that long ago that he was teaching high school.

So I asked him to come on the show and said, okay, how do you make your money?

How did you pivot from making $30,000 a year to sometimes doing that in a day?

So this is really eye-opening how little we sometimes think as entrepreneurs, especially internet

entrepreneurs who just compare ourselves to other people making 10 grand a month.

There are people out there who are not internet entrepreneurs who make us look silly.
