A lot of people say when they're first starting out with their budget, I know we have a lot of people

at this time of year that are just starting out with their budget or

restarting, fresh starting, and welcome back, welcome for the first time, we're

happy you're here. At any rate, a lot of people say, well, I just, I don't

earn enough. I just don't earn enough and there are people in that

situation most definitely however I speak to averages and you Mr.

average Joe or Ms. Average Jane, you are not average.

Well in this case, yes you are.

And if you're average, then you do not have an income problem here in the United States and if you're listening to this

podcast. You do not have an income problem, you have a spending problem, and it's not for me to judge

and decide what you should be spending your money on.

I just know, based on years and years and years of experience and tens and tens and tens of

thousands of use cases, that when people start to budget they line their money up with their priorities and there's money that just doesn't leave anymore

Sticks around and that's the money that used to go toward whatever. We aren't

really sure, right? It just kind of was frittered away. It just kind of disappeared, walked off on its own.

But when you start intentionally deciding what your money will do,

it turns out that you have fewer intentions

than you did purchases.

And those intentions simply cost less.

Just awareness.
