Friday August 18th and you are in the studio coming to you from northern Michigan and deer season

is knocking on the door to say that things are heating up would be a gross, a gross understatement.

I've been spending a little bit of time scouting, hanging cameras, making mock scrapes, getting ready for the season, looking at new areas.

And, man, I got my thumb on a handful of nice deer.

It seems like camera activity's been picking up.

Well, it doesn't seem like it has been picking up for a couple reasons.

And we're getting into it, man.

I'm getting pretty excited.

I've been trying to find, source, watch, listen to quite a bit of deer hunting content here lately,

just because especially in the mornings when it's nice and cool out, like I'm feeling it.

I'm ready to go.

So this week we have an exciting episode.

I'm joined by my good friend.

Many of you will know, Jason C.M. Covec, host of traditional bow hunting and wilderness

podcast. And this guy is elite. And there is some badass information in here. You know,

it's kind of interesting to me. A lot of guys like Jason just kind of fly under the radar.

famous in the industry like a oh like the drurries or any of those big productions that hunt farms
