I have a little bit of a different type of show today. I am interviewing an acquaintance of mine named Cameron Matheson. And you might know Cameron from his Hallmark Movies. He's an Emmy Award-winning TV host. He's been on All My Children. He's on General Hospital. Right now, currently, he's a bad guy. And Cameron is a big, strong, physically fit guy.

Obviously, that's part of his job.

He grew up in Canada, graduated college with a civil engineer degree.

I know it's a long way from there.

But most importantly, and sort of most of interest to me was unfortunately Cameron and his family lost

their family home in this last fire here in California and what really stood out to me was here

is this very successful family man really really fit but showing up in such a graceful and dignified way in really

a heartbreaking time. And it really occurred to me that we talk about fitness as this, you know,

well, we've got to be fit and do this thing, fitness. And a lot of times we equate it with

performance or athletics. And what I saw in real time, most importantly, was somebody going through something that literally is flipping him upside down.

Like you have two T-shirts, everything you own in a car.

And maybe leaning on those physical practices, his meditation practice, his fitness
