If you want to know how to just simply hire somebody who's going to help you transform your business into something that's relatively passive, hire a delegator.

If you can hire a delegator, that person can build all your systems for you.

You can just go to the owner position, hire the person that's going to be able to systemize the things that you need to do and optimize for you.

I wrote a whole chapter about systemizing and automating your rental property business. With the ultimate goal,

of course, real estate does take some work on the front end. You've got to invest your time

finding properties, getting financing. But the cool thing about owning rental properties,

they start off with a lot of work on the front end, but they can end up passive enough to the point where for me personally, I spend a couple hours per week on my rental properties, managing the manager, managing my tenants, doing little things here and there. But then I've been able to travel, been able to do things with my family. So we're going to get into the nuts and bolts today. And I have a friend of mine, one of the best people I know to talk about this topic with me. Someone named Justin Foster. Justin, welcome back to the podcast.
