Judge Victoria Pratt served as the chief judge of the Nork Municipal Court. She's a professor

at the Nork School of Criminal Justice and is taught at Rutgers Law School. Her TED Talk,

that you've created with this. And I just want to acknowledge you and just celebrate you because

last time we had our conversation, remember when you talked and you're like, I'm going to write a book,

I'm going to do this. And it really wasn't that long ago and you did it. I did it. I can't believe

it. I feel like my two-year-old, I did it in spite of all of the obstacles and I'm so happy and

thankful and grateful that you have me back on this show to really talk about this message

of human-centered justice and human-centered relationship. So thank you again Marie for being
